In this essay I present a remarkable series of works entitled World of Bricks by Ryszard  Czernow. But it is also a reflection on the strategies of creative artist who expresses himself through the new medium of digital photography. This work should be treated as summa of previous artistic accomplishments of Ryszard Czernow.

The Telematic Art: from the Image of Water lilies...

My task is to describe the phenomenon of telematic art, i.e. sensory perception, meaning mainly the touch - the experience made thanks to the influence of non-physical stimuli, as it is sometimes in the interactive electronic environment.

Ars Electronica 2014

Every year in Linz there is held the world's biggest festival of the electronic art – the Ars Electronica Festival of Art, Technology and Society, which includes the exhibitions, performances, concerts and conferences.  

According to Kapuściński’s notion of the Other, the uncertainty about the identity of the other was the reason why people decide to be hospitable. For over three thousands of years, the other always received the role of a mirror in which our own identity was displayed. Socrates has been teaching that the ‘unexamined life is not worth living’. The main task of the humankind is to reach for recognition, understanding, close-up in order to create one community.

If Agatharchus  from Samos, a Greek painter from V century B.C., had looked at the rendering effect in computer graphics program of 3D type, perhaps he would have exclaimed – after all it's an image built on the very same principles that I use to build illusion in the theatrical sets! Do we realize that knowledge of linear perspective exists at least for 26 centuries and actually has not changed since ancient times?  

"Captives (1)" is an audiovisual sculpture installation by Quayola presented in the MU Gallery in Eindhoven (Netherlands) between 19.10 and 12.22.2013. The installation consists of the physical and digital sculptures; the latter are presented in the form of animation. The sculptures from the "Captives" series combine the features of the figurative representations with the computer generated geometric forms that mimic the natural geological phenomena.

Retrospective Exhibition called Kazimir Malevich en de Russische avant-garde (19-10-2013 till 2-2-2014 Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam) emphasized the importance of Kazimir Malevich (Kiev 1878-1935), one of the most purest innovators.

The Archetypture of Time - the Time of Interaction

The method of the text personalization (designed for a work in workshop groups) contains a few phases: decoding, handwriting, collecting the keywords, creating the mental maps. The whole process of text personalization positively influence human brain as it activates its important areas. It an be a tool of mind development.
